As an Independent Certified Health Coach, I am happy to share my experience, guidance and encouragement with others regarding weight loss and the pursuit of optimal health and happiness.  

On March 1, 2020, I started an amazing journey that completely changed me as a person. At the time, I had really never put myself first. I felt overwhelmed, stressed out, and extremely unhappy in my own skin. However, I became so passionate about the program and wanted to share it with others and begin my role as a Health Coach.  I have since lost 40 lbs, feel better than I have in about 30 years, feel more confident in who I am, and have guided over 1800 people in getting their health back.  I am now over 3.5 year in, I have maintained my weight loss for the first time ever,  and I have created something that I never dreamed of.
