He is a leader in the design and facilitation of leadership development programs and strengths-based, complex models for systemic change and sector-wide innovation. He is an executive group facilitator skilled in securing team alignment and acceleration. He is also an executive coach trained in narrative, strengths-based and mindfulness approaches. He serves clients in the mountain resort, outdoor retail, professional sports, tech, healthcare, government and social sectors.
