Topic: Getting Comfortable with Being Uncomfortable (Improv Activity).
An experiential learning activity that helps us get comfortable being uncomfortable. Participants will be in a situation where they have absolutely no expertise, and they have to perform. Learning objectives:
(1) Reflecting on how being uncomfortable can push us all to new levels of understanding, awareness and achievement
(2) Creates the opportunity to share the strengths we see in others
(3) Creates opportunity for reflection on the strengths we may see in ourselves
(4) Opportunity to "enjoy doing something new together for the first time.
