The Power of Giving Back: Why Volunteerism Matters
On the community side, corporate volunteering brings much-needed resources and expertise to local initiatives, fostering stronger, more resilient communities. The collective efforts of employees can address pressing social issues, create lasting change, and build bridges between the corporate world and the community. In essence, corporate volunteering is a win-win, nurturing both personal development and societal well-being.
Jenny Ward is an Assistant Vice President at Lincoln Financial Group in Radnor, PA, bringing over 20 years of expertise in project management and marketing operations within the financial services industry. Jenny is currently playing a pivotal role in driving impactful marketing rebranding strategies as the Project Manager for Lincoln Financials’ rebranding campaign.
A passionate advocate for community involvement, Jenny believes strongly in the value of volunteering and leadership within nonprofit organizations. She currently serves as a ruling Elder at Trinity Presbyterian Church in Berwyn, PA, and is an active member of the Board for Peter’s Place, where she contributes her skills and leadership to support the mission of the organization.
