Keynote Speaker: Christina M. Reger, Esq - Law and Compliance Counselor and Founder of LOUTEL Law
Topic : How do you maximize your workplace culture and minimize your risk … AT THE SAME TIME!
Human Resources and Employment Law can sometimes feel like standing in quicksand. Add DEI and workplace culture considerations and you could be pulled under. Loutel is uniquely positioned to sit at the intersection of where employment law meets workplace culture. This session will address some of the hottest topics in employment law and DEI and why looking at issues from both perspectives is so critically important both defensively and offensively.
Christina is the co-founder of Loutel Law, a certified WBE. Together with its wholly owned subsidiary, Loutel Consulting, the Loutel companies combine legal and cultural perspectives to create innovative and integrative solutions to business owners. Tina leads Loutel’s legal team which provides litigation and compliance services related to labor and employment for corporate, entrepreneurial and start-up enterprises. Tina regularly counsels businesses on how to comply with the barrage of new employment laws, regulations, opinions and guidance from federal and state agencies. Tina also has extensive experience in a variety of employment law litigation matters including business divorces, breach of employment contract disputes, unfair competition, discrimination and harassment, enforcement of restrictive covenants, business divorces and a wide variety of other general commercial litigation matters from complaint through appeal.
