High Swartz LLP Recognized in Chambers’ New PA Rankings

High Swartz LLP has been named to the inaugural Chambers Spotlight Guide for Pennsylvania 2026, earning recognition in Municipal Law and Corporate/Commercial Law.

The Spotlight Guide was created to showcase small and mid-sized firms with fewer than 75 attorneys that provide businesses and municipalities with practical, cost-effective representation. It emphasizes the value and local knowledge firms bring to their communities.

“Getting the Chambers nod really shows the trust we’ve built with our clients and communities, especially here in Bucks County. Those connections mean a lot, and you can see the impact in the work we do every day. Our municipal and business teams absolutely earned this one,” said High Swartz partner Tom Panzer.

Chambers evaluates local markets to identify firms with strong community reputations and proven results. Recognized firms are noted for their work across both regional and national practice areas and for their practical understanding of local courts, regulations, and business conditions.

High Swartz’s recognition highlights its strength in two key areas:

  • Municipal Law – Representing boroughs, townships, and municipal authorities throughout Pennsylvania. The firm advises on zoning, land use, code enforcement, employment matters, and governance, and its attorneys regularly appear before local boards and courts.

  • Corporate/Commercial Law – Counseling closely held businesses, nonprofits, and entrepreneurs through every stage of growth. Services include entity formation, governance, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, financing, and dispute resolution, with a focus on helping organizations address challenges and plan for long-term success.

The 2026 Spotlight Guide includes just 45 Pennsylvania law firms, covering 17 practice areas across 8 cities. It offers in-house counsel and business leaders a reliable resource for high-quality legal support outside of the large-scale Philadelphia firms.
