Rachel Black founded RSB Solutions, LLC in 2010 after working in the industry since 2005. Previously, Rachel was in the legal recruiting and placement industry at Coleman Legal Search. Prior to moving to Philadelphia, Rachel worked at the Four Seasons Hotel after graduating from Boston University.
