Marissa Christie CEO United Way of Bucks County
Marissa is passionate about creating real, lasting change for people and communities. She is currently President & CEO at United Way of Bucks County, a nonprofit focused on access to quality education, financial stability, and good health. Since becoming CEO in December 2016, she initiated some the most ambitious and successful programs in the organization’s 70-year history. She also doubled the organization’s operating budget and impact. Marissa is always looking for like-minded people ready to change the world for good.
Stephanie Lim Capello - Executive Director of Peter's Place
Stephanie is the Executive Director of Peter’s Place, a non-profit center for grieving children and families based in Radnor, PA. The mission of Peter’s Place is to provide a safe and supportive environment for grieving children and families, and to foster understanding of the effects of death and grief.
Prior to joining Peter’s Place, Stephanie was the Director of Admissions, Marketing & Communications, Sales, and Business Development for ESF, Inc. ESF operates an impressive portfolio of more than 40 nationally recognized Day and Overnight Camps, including Phillies Baseball Academy and Phillies Phantasy Camp, Arsenal soccer camps, basketball camps for the Philadelphia 76ers and Brooklyn Nets and pre-college programs.

Bernard Tynes
Chief Experience & Impact Officer - Penn Community Bank
As Chief Experience & Impact Officer at Penn Community Bank, Bernard Tynes is one of the region’s youngest executives and is changing the face of financial services leadership in the Philadelphia region. A champion for expanded access to banking and lending options for diverse communities, he has overseen the creation and implementation of numerous products and services to address the needs of low to moderate income and historically under-served individuals and families. Focused on building thriving communities, Bernard also leads the bank’s community investment and charitable giving, serving as Executive Director of the Penn Community Bank Foundation which contributes more than $1,000,000 annually to nonprofits across Greater Philadelphia. A rising star and respected voice in the industry, he has shared his talents with state and national groups, including as a director of the Pennsylvania Banker’s Association, member of the Diversity, Inclusion and Equity Advisory Council, and member of the American Bankers Association’s Communications Council.
